University Admissions
How do I choose the right university and program?
Our counselors assess your academic background, career goals, budget, and personal preferences to shortlist universities that are the best fit. We consider rankings, program curriculum, location, tuition costs, scholarship availability, and post-graduation opportunities.
What is the application timeline for UK universities?
For UK universities, the UCAS application deadline for most courses is January 31 (October 15 for Oxford, Cambridge, and most medicine courses). We recommend starting the process 12-18 months before your intended intake to allow time for test preparation, statement drafting, and document gathering.
Can you help me write my statement of purpose?
Absolutely. Our admissions experts guide you through every draft, helping you structure your story, highlight your strengths, and tailor each statement to the specific program. We do not write essays for you — we coach you to write your best one.
Student Visas
What is AdeptInt's visa success rate?
We maintain a 98% visa approval rate. Our dedicated visa team reviews every document for accuracy, prepares you for visa interviews, and ensures your financial proof meets embassy requirements.
How long does the student visa process take?
Processing times vary by country. UK student visas typically take 3-6 weeks, US F-1 visas can take 2-8 weeks depending on interview availability, and Canadian study permits take 4-12 weeks. We recommend applying as soon as you receive your offer letter.
What documents do I need for a student visa application?
Common requirements include: valid passport, CAS (UK) or I-20 (US) or letter of acceptance, proof of sufficient funds, academic transcripts, English language test scores, tuberculosis test results (for some countries), and a completed visa application form. Our team provides a personalized checklist for your specific case.
Scholarships & Funding
Are there scholarships available for Bangladeshi students?
Yes. Bangladeshi students are eligible for a wide range of scholarships including merit-based awards from universities, government-funded programs like Chevening (UK), DAAD (Germany), and Fulbright (US), as well as external scholarships from organizations like the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program.
How much scholarship funding has AdeptInt helped secure?
Our scholarship-matching service has helped students secure over $20 million in funding. We identify opportunities aligned with your academic profile and guide you through each application.
Can I work while studying abroad?
Most countries allow international students to work part-time during their studies. In the UK, you can work up to 20 hours per week during term time. In the US, F-1 visa holders can work on campus up to 20 hours per week. In Canada and Australia, students can work up to 20-24 hours per week. Post-graduation work permits are also available in most destinations.
Test Preparation
Which English language test do I need — IELTS or TOEFL?
Most UK, Australian, and Canadian universities accept IELTS, while US universities prefer TOEFL. However, many institutions now accept both. We help you determine which test your target universities require and provide structured preparation programs for both.
How long does it take to prepare for the SAT or GRE?
We recommend 8-12 weeks of consistent preparation for the SAT and 10-14 weeks for the GRE. Our structured coaching programs include diagnostic tests, targeted practice on weak areas, full-length mock tests, and personalized feedback.

What pre-departure support do you provide?

Do you offer support after I arrive?
Yes. We provide ongoing support after arrival, including help with university registration, local orientation, and any issues that may arise during your first semester. Our team remains available to ensure a smooth transition.
